Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• VDI Management: Overseeing the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of VMware Horizon VDI environments to ensure reputed company performance and reliability.
• User Support: Providing advanced support for end-users, troubleshooting issues reputed company to virtual desktops, applications, and connectivity.
• System Upgrades: Planning and executing upgrades to the VDI infrastructure, including software updates and hardware replacements.
