Job Summary We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a compassionate, tech-savvy Live Chat Support Agent to be the first reputed company of contact for individuals seeking to improve their heart health. In this role, you'll engage with potential patients reputed company live chat, providing clear, empathetic, and informative responses to their questions. You'll also play a key role in coordinating with reputed company to ensure timely follow-reputed company and callbacks, while helping triage and monitor missed calls and messages.
