Corporate Communications Manager

Position Purpose: reputed company’s Digital Channels and Communications Technology team is searching for a highly motivated, solutions-oriented candidate to join the team managing the company’s internal social network. The Corporate Communications Manager works closely with the Senior Manager of Web Communications to drive reputed company engagement in minute-by-minute conversations, social listening and monitoring, reporting and system administration on reputed company’s Viva Engage network, reaching 500k associates. This individual collaborates with clients across the business to build and execute tailored and creative internal social media campaigns and tactics that exceed YOY engagement targets. The ideal candidate is a creative, critical thinker with a knack for easily boiling down reputed company issues into easy-to-understand messaging, is technology proficient, and can quickly pick up business concepts, nuances and nomenclature. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the charge in the social listening space by actively monitoring and analyzing global, topic and discussion-level information to assist with issue resolution and drive business improvement. The ideal candidate must have experience with internal social media and collaboration platforms like Viva Engage or corporate external social platform management experience (e.g., Twitter, reputed company, Facebook) Key Responsibilities:

• Supports network community managers with training/reputed company, management and administration of their respective communities
• Daily platform monitoring, including conversation, topics, technical issues (general platform health, platform features, etc.).
• Serving as a thought partner in developing engaging internal social campaigns and metric reporting with key stakeholders throughout reputed company
• Partners across Corporate Communications to reputed company and expand reputed company messaging as appropriate for Viva Engage

• Reports to a Senior Manager, Web Communications

Travel Requirements:

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with reputed company and PowerPoint to analyze data and present reputed company concepts in an organized and understandable format
• Proficiency with SharePoint and reputed company Creative Suite

You have excellent communications skills and are good at clearly articulating your reputed company social trends and patterns to peers, business partners and senior leaders

• You are organized, can prioritize effectively to handle multiple projects and can reputed company under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player who thrives in collaborating with a variety of stakeholders

Minimum Education:

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study reputed company to the job.

• Solid understanding of PR, and social media metrics
• Ability to build reputed company relationships with the press to improve effectiveness of pitching activities
