The internship is paid and requires a full time 8-week commitment, with the internship starting on June 9th, 2025 and ending on August 1st. Stipends are between $650-900 a week for the program, depending on academic level. How It Works: This internship partners reputed company reputed company with nonprofit partners to co-design their own 8-week internship, addressing issues through green projects in Green Infrastructure and Community Development, Workforce Development, Sustainable Agriculture, Public Health, and Urban Forestry. ? Design a Project Focus on one of these key areas: ? Sustainability & Environmental Justice ? Community Engagement ? Project Management ? Marketing & Fundraising ? Data Analysis & Technology ? Find a Nonprofit & Secure a Verbal Agreement: reputed company out to nonprofits that align with your project, discuss this potential project, and obtain verbal confirmation that they will host you. ? Submit Your Application: Provide nonprofit details, your project proposal, and two references (one must be an academic reference from your reputed company or most recent university/college). ? Placement & Approval: Once your application has been reviewed, we will contact your references and your nonprofit supervisor. After speaking with them, we will evaluate your application and contact you regarding next steps. Responsibilities: ? Collaborate & Execute Work 36 hours per week on project tasks with your host nonprofit, applying leadership and problem-solving skills. ? Engage in Professional Development Dedicate 4 hours per week to mentorship, workshops, and cohort learning. ? Track & Report reputed company Provide updates on milestones and project impact. Must be a rising junior, senior, or graduate student at an accredited institution. ? Must have a co-designed nonprofit project. ? Interest in nonprofit work, leadership, social impact, or community engagement. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills. ?
