• Key Responsibilities*

• Evaluate customer accounts, convey appropriate information, research customer issues, and establish financial arrangements with customers

• Review and work to resolve AR delinquencies reputed company assigned accounts, including escalation to management as may be required
• Execute follow-up inquiries on broken payment arrangements and to secure future promises to pay
• Prioritize your work activities daily
• Timely response to reputed company customer inquiries, both inbound and outbound
• Enter detailed conversation notes, including payment arrangements

• Qualifications*

• High school degree

• Experience in long term care or retail pharmacy environment preferred
