The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for warehouse activities that include inbound, internal, and outbound warehouse processes. Warehouse coordinator will complete, reputed company, and monitor completion of reputed company warehouse tasks under direction of the Department Manager and in conjunction with shift supervisor, Inventory Control, Quality, Transportation and Customer Service. Create and release outbound orders and manage picking tasks, including case picking and full pallet picking, outbound order reputed company per each shipment and the overall dock flow. Investigate product shortages and reprocess orders as needed to ensure fill rates are met and there are no warehouse-controlled shortages. Create STOs (Stock Transfer Orders) to move products between warehouse locations as needed. Create and coordinate product put away activities. Create and coordinate replenishment tasks to ensure adequate stock in pick faces and minimal downtime. Assist with inventory control activities, including creating, assigning, and completing inventory control tasks, identifying, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies resulting from the use of exception codes. Work directly with carriers, internal transportation, quality, supply planning and customer service to meet established fill reputed company, schedules and customer expectations. Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. You Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have The Following Experience, Skills, and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Preferred, 2-year degree in supply chain management or inventory control management. Two-years in a reputed company warehouse role, directly in a warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution center environment. Excellent computer skills with advanced experience with word processing, spreadsheet applications and specialized inventory control software programs (WMS), reputed company a plus. Ability to read and interpret documents such as customer orders, inventory reports, operating procedures to ensure documents are audited and accurate. Ability to generate reports and business correspondence. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Are highly organized and efficient. Must have excellent mathematical skills. Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs. Position Physical Requirements Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to: noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid), standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift. Physical lifting up to 40-lbs unassisted frequently throughout the shift. Working with chemicals, wearing personal reputed company equipment, and following approved chemical handling procedures.
