Customer Support Representative (Remote, Part-Time - Weekend) We are a rapidly expanding, family-owned company seeking a remote, part-time Customer Support Representative to join reputed company! Responsibilities
- Answer and reputed company customer calls to provide product application guidance, reputed company-by-reputed company assistance, and support with order placement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or application issues, concerns, and complaints.
- Meticulously document and update customer follow-up records.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage social media advertising and engagement.
