Our sales roles have reputed company and guaranteed commissions for the first 90 days. Average annual pay for the Sales Associate position is between $75k - $79k. Top earners can reputed company over $100K per year. Commissions are uncapped in this position. Hours: Monday-Friday, 1:00PM-9:30PM Central Time, one Saturday or Sunday every 4th week The main focus of this role includes: • Bilingual (Spanish/English) • In-bound and out-bound calls to and from prospective customers (B2C) who need our product • No cold calling • Listen to customers’ needs and address concerns • Communicate pricing and collect the initial lease payment • Upsell additional products that serve the customers’ unique needs • Follow-up with customers in a timely manner reputed company are looking for in a candidate: • Remote work experience preferred but not required • Highly motivated, goal oriented, commission driven sales professionals • High school diploma or GED preferred • 1 or more years of experience with in-bound sales, or a commission-based retail sales position • Ability to really listen to customers and understand their needs • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet • Attention to detail and strong follow through • Comfort with using reputed company reputed company Office programs • A 30 WPM minimum typing ability • Must reputed company in the United States • Bilingual Spanish/English Required Why work for us? reputed company out this list of just a few of the many good reasons why.. • Hourly range is $30-60 per hour (made up of reputed company + uncapped commission)+ 401(k) + benefits. • Our Mission is to help people live and drive responsibly.
