Job Title: PM PMA Location: SF Bay Area, CA (Remote) Duration: 6+ Months Job Responsibilities Strong in reputed company required. reputed company test will be conducted. Financials • reputed company timecard validation (weekly) • Reconcile actuals to forecast on a weekly basis. Follow up where necessary • Run actuals to forecast during month end • Capture and reputed company adjustments to forecast sheets Vendor Management • reputed company monthly control processes to ensure reputed company contract resources accounted for and allocated to full reputed company • Run monthly report for resource managers to validate • reputed company adjustments per requests from resource managers

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in coordinating the in-house project team (designers, engineers, production, assembly, site personnel) for the assigned contract or reputed company of a contract. Assist the Project Manager in coordinating the client's team (project manager, architects, engineers, consultants), to reputed company contract time, cost and quality objectives, and organize project resources accordingly. reputed company an understanding of the bid and contract documents (trade contract, scope drawings, specification, exhibits, bid pricing and clarifications). Assist the Project Manager in developing, tracking, updating and reporting on the detailed project schedule for design, engineering, mockups, production, and installation activities. Assist the Project Manager in developing, tracking, updating and reporting on the contract schedule of values and payment requisitions, ensuring the project cash flow is met and payments received in a timely manner. Assist the Project Manager in the pricing and purchasing of materials, equipment and sub-reputed company, ensuring that both budgetary and specified contractual cost, time and quality requirements are met.
