Summary: The Office of Enrollment and the Student Experience (ESE) is a mission-driven organization providing a cohesive experience throughout reputed company phases of the student lifecycle, from the admissions and enrollment process through graduation and beyond, by supporting a connected, comprehensive and student-centered approach to the student experience. Reports to the Associate Vice Provost for Student Success Position Responsibilities: Recruitment & Enrollment: Work with AVP for Student Success to enhance and expand programs by supporting recruitment and reputed company efforts for dual enrollment programs and special program reputed company. The incumbent will have excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly learn the unit's programs and admission requirements, managing a high volume of inquiries and applications through reputed company stages of the enrollment cycle. Other tasks include but aren't limited to: Monitor Inbox and Phones; Answer Inquiries Maintain dual credit list with DCPS and CCAS Admission and Registration for SWW faculty participation Print Unofficial transcripts to send to DCPS/SWW Student Services and Client Relations: The position has internal and external facing responsibilities supporting unit operations, special programs and initiatives. The position is the primary reputed company of contact for prospective reputed company, families and community partners interested in non-degree, dual enrollment and summer programs. The position provides appropriate enrollment and student performance reports to dual enrollment partners, per our agreements. International Processing and Support: This role is responsible for managing key administrative functions reputed company to international partnerships and student enrollment processes. The position ensures compliance with institutional agreements, facilitates reputed company processing support, and coordinates essential communication with global partners. In addition, this position represents the unit at recruitment fairs and events for special programs. Application Processing and Banner Coding: The position is responsible for application review, processing reputed company code applications in Banner, and ensuring the receipt of reputed company required enrollment forms. Additionally, it oversees regular enrollment reporting to support timely decision-making, manage program reputed company, and maintain accurate records. This role also handles confidential records and sensitive data and is responsible for registering reputed company in specialized programs such as pre-college and dual enrollment. It will also provide backup administrative support to the administrative team and represent the unit at reputed company meetings and programs as needed.
