Staff Cyber Awareness and Training Engineer (REMOTE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to help manage and grow our Cybersecurity associates and assist with reputed company Awareness Training initiatives. The associate will play a critical role in shaping the future of our cybersecurity talent by developing a comprehensive rotational program for our reputed company associates that want to look at other areas reputed company Cybersecurity and for Cyber Development program associates, while also building a robust reputed company awareness training program to educate the organization. Qualifications: • 8+ years of reputed company awareness and training experience • 8+ years of experience in learning and development, program management, or training. • Enterprise environment experience in cyber reputed company • Strong understanding of cybersecurity roles, reputed company awareness principles, and skillsets across various domains. • Proven experience designing learning programs, reputed company awareness training, or rotational programs. • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a focus on attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Experience in hiring and onboarding processes is a plus.
