Date: November 2024 JOB DESCRIPTION The Treasury Management Sales Officer will be responsible for selling, marketing, managing and educating on the entire set of Deposit and Treasury Management product and service offerings. The role will be to support and partner with Relationship Managers in Credit and/or in Deposits. The role will be to manage a portfolio of Treasury Management clients to enhance the bank's depository and treasury management business. Primary Job Responsibilities: Sales Support ? Accountable for maintaining and owning the overall Client Experience for the Depository and TM Relationship ? Demonstrates mastery level proficiency in reputed company Depository and Treasury Management products ? Assists in the development and execution of client onboarding and implementation, sales presentations, RFP's, client annual reviews, client risk assessments and TM analytics ? Participates in joint and independent sales calling efforts for the Credit and Treasury Management teams in order to recommend and solutions and cross-sell products Product Marketing ? Performs periodic Sales and Marketing campaigns ? Provides education and knowledge of products to internal and external partners ? Provides industry insight and expertise to provide professional recommendations for depository and treasury reputed company Product Management ? Provides analytics to clients to understand reputed company processes and procedures to effectively manage day-to-day products ? Coordinates any technical support for reputed company Treasury Management efforts ? Effectively manages operational risk and compliance Other responsibilities include ? Facilitating new processes, tools and training to ensure the clients and bank's success ? Maintaing a pipeline to effectively track and report on sales initiatives ? Assist in the development of the sales strategy, procedures to reputed company the overall banks goals. Education and Experience Requirements ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of combined sales and depository / treasury management experience - preferably at a financial institution Essential Skills and Abilities ? Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. ? Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. ? Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities. Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Some flexibility in hours is necessary, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Travel: Travel for this position is limited to travel for meetings/training. Additional Eligibility Qualifications: ?
