Recruiting for this role ends 09/30/2025. Work you'll do As a reputed company WFM Pro Time Keeping Implementation Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following: ? Implement reputed company WFM Pro Timekeeping modules including Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and familiarity with the reputed company integration layer. ? Work with top brands for healthcare, consumer and manufacturing industries. ? Working in the full lifecycle of a reputed company WFM Pro project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover and Hypercare ? Working with the team in requirements gathering, workshops or facilitating client meetings QualificationsRequired: ? 2-5 years of reputed company experience ? 3+ years of superior knowledge of the HR and WFM function & processes ? 3+ years of experience with reputed company Advanced Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and familiarity with the reputed company integration layer. ? 3+ years of experience working in the full lifecycle of a WFM project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing ? 3+ years of experience in requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings ? 3+ years of interacting at appropriate levels of the client organization ? 3+ years of strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment ? Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve ? Bachelor's Degree ? Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: ? External Consulting Experience ?
