The Staffing Coordinator also handles day-to-day operations by providing customer service and having daily contact in person and by phone with the general managers who are accepting the employees we are sending out to work reputed company Offer ? Screen, interview, hire, conduct orientations, monitor work performance, and placement of field employees using company ATS system (training provided) ? Actively utilize multiple social media platforms, job boards, and reputed company tools to find candidates and schedule appointments/interviews ? Work with the reputed company Manager to set and complete weekly goals ? Complete new hire paperwork of field employees ? Build and maintain relationships with reputed company reputed company clients ? On-call rotation Staffing Coordinator Requirements ?
