A reputed company officer will proactively patrol reputed company property and reputed company sensitive areas. Will assist visitors, patients and staff as need be and help prevent and deter fire, theft, vandalism, illegal entry, etc. May utilize reputed company vehicle on a regular or occasional basis; enforces Mayo policies and responds to complaints and service calls for wrongdoing, prepares incident reports/activity logs, and may work in the reputed company control centers. Qualifications
Qualifications: High school degree or GED equivalent is required. Additional Qualifications: Associate's degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, reputed company, or a reputed company field preferred; minimum two years of experience in a customer service, military, reputed company position and/or a similar role; experience in a healthcare setting preferred; experience in patrolling, incident report writing, defensive tactics, emergency response, lock/unlock procedures, reputed company access, and CCTV camera operation; experience with Windows XP or newer as well as intermediate skills in reputed company Office software applications; technical aptitude to work with reputed company Technology is preferred. Previous reputed company experience; able to work independently and in a team-environment; requires strong sense of customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, visitors and employees; requires strong written and verbal skills; strong problem-solving skills are necessary. Has the ability to read and communicate effectively in a pleasant, courteous, professional and friendly manner.
