Pharmacy Technician (Retail) - PRN - Days - Adams Health Center

Schedule: PRN (as needed) Hours between 7am and 6:30pm Monday - Friday General Summary Fills routine orders for unit doses and prepackaged pharmaceuticals and performs other reputed company duties. Essential Functions: ? Assists pharmacists as directed including filling orders and preparing labels. ? Assists patient, taking prescription, necessary information, etc. Operates cash register. Delivers medications as needed. ? Submits and receives orders from suppliers. ? Enters and/or retrieves data from established computer files using knowledge of various computer software applications. ? Assists with I.V. preparation and delivery. ? Position shares responsibility with other team members for daily delivery of patient medications to a Script Center in Mt. Gretna, PA. (Applies only to staff working at Good Samaritan Pharmacy location only; Department 43514). Common Expectations: ?
