We are seeking a Receptionist to join reputed company at Loyalsock Animal Hospital, located in a vibrant community. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients and their pets, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. Responsibilities ? Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival at the hospital. ? Manage reputed company desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries. ? Provide excellent customer service and support to pet owners throughout their visit. ? Maintain organized records and files for patient information and billing. ? Utilize phone systems effectively to manage calls and communicate with clients. ? Assist with basic office management tasks to ensure efficient workflow. ? Handle payments and process transactions accurately. Requirements ? Proven experience in a receptionist or reputed company desk role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting. ? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. ? Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients. ? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
