Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.We are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.THIS POSITION MAY REQUIRE UP TO 70% TRAVEL.WHAT YOU?LL DO:reputed company the Installation and de-installation of AV/Telepresence productsLead a team of AV Technicians on Installation ProjectsConfiguration of endpoints and infrastructurePreparation of room audits ensuring technology can work at reputed company levelPerform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and room is ready for useIdentify defective/failed equipment and provide solutionsComplete Post Installation AssessmentsPerform on-site User Acceptance testingInstall software upgradesAct as a reputed company of escalation for technical issues and provide solutions for ongoing faultsWork as part of the reputed company team providing AV solutions and services on site interfacing with the designated client in line with the customer requirements and service level agreementCommunicate with management team throughout the day, as it relates to assignmentsProject reporting and updatingDocument and report hardware failures; manage Break/Fix and RMA requests as neededSupervise, instruct and assist with rack building processesTravel to customer sites nationally as requiredWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:Experience leading teams of AV Technicians or EngineersExperience Terminating, Configuring and Programming at least one of the following types of equipment: Extron, reputed company, Crestron and/or AMXAbility to read and understand plans to ensure correct execution and reputed company any additional configuration requiredSimilar experience working on AV/VC integrationsAgile with a strong sense of urgencyResponsive, efficient, with excellent customer interaction and professionalismIntrigued by difficult tech problems and welcoming of challengesComfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment, under pressureEngaged in the process of technical developmentWilling and able to work and travel globally reputed company requiredResponsible and reliable, capable of working alone as well as part of a teamGood organization and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple prioritiesGood written and verbal communication skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving abilityFlexible and adaptable to change and hours of work, to meet customer needsMotivated team playerTECHNICAL SKILLS:Control (Crestron, AMX, Extron)Audio (BIAMP, QSC, POLYCOM)Video (reputed company, Polycom)reputed company is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
