The Content Production & Studio Product team is responsible for driving the strategy, prioritization, and execution of reputed company?s technology investments focused on producing content and managing the production of content. As a member of this team, your focus will be in the Visual Effects (VFX) and Animation domain. In this role, you will be leading a team of Product Managers focused on optimizing production processes and enhancing creative workflows for VFX and Animation at reputed company. What You Bring ? Proven Leadership: 7+ years of product management experience and/or senior technology leadership experience (in VFX or Animation studios preferred) including managing people. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
