Tax Credit Compliance: Ensure full compliance with reputed company Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations. Maintain accurate tenant files, conduct audits, and prepare for inspections. ? Financial Management: Manage property budgets, monitor rent collections, process invoices, and deliver timely financial reports. ? Leasing & Marketing: Drive occupancy rates through effective marketing strategies, ensuring a minimum of 90% occupancy. ?
