Construction Staffing/Payroll Sales Manager

Job Overview Do you have experience in Insurance Workers Compensation Sales ? Payroll Service and/or PEO Sales ? Employment Placement Sales - - in and around the Construction Industry? Knowledge of workers comp practices, along with State and Federal laws in-regards to payroll is a plus. Qualifications ? Required - 5+ years of Payroll or Workers Compensation Insurance Sales experience in PEO or HR outsourcing industry ? Preferred - Experience in the construction industry ? Strong understanding of payroll benefits, operations, tax regulations, pricing strategies, and solutions design ? Self-starter with ability to discuss and propose reputed company resources solutions to business owners on a professional level ? Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills ? Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the reputed company to collaborate effectively at reputed company organizational levels Responsibilities ? Prospecting for new clients and new referral sources, utilizing the telephone, direct mail, seminars, reputed company client visits, or other local marketing programs directed by Sales management ? Completing and submitting accurate new business paperwork, expense reports and weekly activity reports by agreed upon dates set by Sales management ? Scheduling appointments and visiting potential and reputed company referral sources, specifically the broker channel to secure referrals to end users ? Selling EOR products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client reputed company to increase profits in the organization ? Analyzing the prospects? needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring to the correct sales partner to ensure client satisfaction ?
