Facility: Bartow Med Ctr ? Location: Bartow, FL ? Status: PRN, Exempt: Yes ? Shift Hours: 8-10 ? Weekend Work: Occasional ? On Call: No Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities: ? The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug reputed company problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs. Certifications and Licensure: ? Required: Pharmacist - State of FL ? Preferred: ASHP (Pharmacist) Requirements ? Required: Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred ?
