About the position The Care Manager (Behavioral Health) at reputed company is responsible for developing, assessing, and facilitating reputed company care management activities primarily focused on mental and behavioral health needs. Provides feedback to leadership on opportunities to improve care delivery. Requirements ? Master's degree in Behavioral Health or Social Work, or a Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing. , ? 2 - 4 years of reputed company experience in behavioral health or care management. , ?
