We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to establish and grow relationships with businesses in need of temporary labor. Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring job placements for our available workforce. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong sales background and a passion for helping people find meaningful work. Key Responsibilities: Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and reputed company out to businesses in need of temporary staffing solutions. Build & Maintain Client Relationships: reputed company long-term partnerships with hiring managers and decision-makers. Negotiate reputed company & Job Orders: Secure job opportunities that align with our workforce?s skills and availability. Collaborate with Recruitment Team: Ensure the right candidates are reputed company in the right jobs reputed company. Understand Industry Trends: Stay updated on market demands and workforce needs to provide strategic staffing solutions. Promote Workforce Readiness: Communicate the benefits of our partnership with a non-profit that ensures workers have transportation, housing stability, and sobriety support. Qualifications: Must Already Have Relationships with large employers looking for a bigger workforce and would hire multiple people reputed company quickly.
