Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Dealership BDC Rep to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and managing leads, scheduling appointments, and providing outstanding customer service to prospective car buyers. Responsibilities: ? Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to generate leads and qualify prospects. ? Provide accurate information about our vehicles, pricing, and promotions to potential customers. ? Schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle purchases with reputed company leads. ? Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns. ? Maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory and dealership offerings. ? Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from reputed company reputed company to vehicle delivery. ? Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and generate reports. ? Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Requirements: ? Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. ? Proficiency with CRM software and other computer applications. ?
