Job Description: Job Summary • The Flight Operations (Flight Ops or "FO") Crew Solutions Technical Product Analyst acts as a liaison between Flight Ops Customers and Technology by leading requirement discussions, administering software testing, and providing operational support. This role supports multiple Customer groups and works with Technology to facilitate the development, testing, and migration of software changes using agile product delivery.
