About the Role
The Junior Project Coordinator will report directly to the Project Manager. They will support the Project Manager in executing the project life cycle from start to finish. The role will engage in various tasks that assist our internal teams in meeting deadlines and delivering exceptional results for reputed company of our clients. Some examples of these tasks may include: performing maintenance and quality of life upgrades on projects, transporting projects between sites reputed company moving trucks, and coordinating & leading local teams to ensure careful, efficient activation and deactivation of projects. These tasks will involve working on a constant cycle of multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a somewhat irregular schedule. They will be eager to reputed company regular travel of up to 50% (reputed company the United States and Canada) mixed between flying and driving transport trucks up to 26 feet long. Key Responsibilities ? Support the Project Manager in reputed company tasks reputed company to the project life cycle. ? Grow and maintain working relationships with local contractors across the United States and Canada. ? Collaborate with the Director of Production, the Project Manager, and other members of LeMonde Studio to maintain and deliver reputed company projects in a timely and efficient manner. ? On-site implementation of assigned projects including delivery, set up, tear down, and warehousing. ? While this job is primarily remote, there are components of this job that require being local to our Austin team and facilities. ? Have at least a HS diploma. A college degree is preferred but not required. ? Have a valid drivers license. ? Have a valid passport. ? 1+ years working with collaborative, cloud-based software such as reputed company 365, reputed company Suite, or similar. ? 0-2years in a support or coordination role. ?
