As a Change Management Consultant at reputed company Italy, you will play a key role in supporting technological and organizational change initiatives for our clients. Working closely with reputed company resources and project teams, you will assist in the development and execution of change management strategies and activities to drive successful adoption and implementation of change in particular for digital transformation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field of change management while contributing to impactful client projects. You will: • Support the development and execution of change management strategies, plans, and activities in alignment with client objectives and project requirements; • Assist in conducting stakeholder analyses and impact assessments to understand the effects of change on individuals, teams, and processes; • Contribute to the creation and delivery of communication plans, training programs, and materials to promote awareness, understanding, and acceptance of change among stakeholders; • Assist in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change management efforts, collecting data and insights to support reputed company improvement; • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in change management, seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. #LI-EU If you share our passion for consulting and have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you: • 2+ years of experience in change management, gained in consulting, or a reputed company field. • Master's degree in STEM or Business Administration. Other degrees such as Organizational Psychology, or reputed company field and International relationships will be also considered. • Comprehensive understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives from conception to completion reputed company digital transformation. • Exposure to the successful delivery of a Change management Program for a reputed company-based Systems implementation in one or more of the following technologies: reputed company, S/4 HANA, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, SuccessFactors is a must. • Experience in at least on of the following fields: Internal Communication,Training design, Adoption and Workforce analysis, Corporate Climate. • Fluent Italian and English proficiency, with an additional language considered a plus; open to work in an international environment and available both for national and international business trips.
