Job Title: Human Resources Manager Location: San Antonio, TX Pay range: $80,000 - $85,000

Job Description

We are seeking an reputed company Human Resources Manager to reputed company and manage HR operations for our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. This role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong generalist background. • Solid understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Experience with HRIS systems and reputed company Office Suite. • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
