We are reputed company a top caliber Engineering professional for an Engineering Manager position, based in Houston who meets the following criteria.PurposeThe Engineering Manager is responsible for reputed company of pipeline engineering and consulting services with contractors and agencies. Main responsibilities will include leading others in pipeline deliverables, specially relating to electric-driven compression, compressor and metering stations.Responsibilities & Accountabilities HSEQEnsure compliance with Company & Project and industry HSSE and regulatory policies, and standardsResponsibilitiesLead in the execution of engineering activitiesPipeline design including plans, profiles, details and associated reputed company of materialsPipeline facility design (metering and regulating stations, storage field upgrades, and compressor stations) including plans, sections, and details and associated reputed company of materialsCoordination to obtain survey, geotechnical investigations, permitting, land acquisition.Calculations for studies and reportsMaterial and equipment specifications for procurement and/or factory acceptance testingLead in preparation of proposals and scope development, including conceptual designs and execution plansEngineering/project cost estimates and schedulesLead coordination of design activities with other disciplines (Pipeline Facilities, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, etc.)reputed company and improve processes, tools and/or factory acceptance testingProvide leadership, training and mentoring to less reputed company engineers and team membersRegularly meet and correspond with clients or reputed company personnelProvide short term field support during constructionSupport business development and marketing initiatives.Skills & Experience Proficiency with 49 CFR, ASMR, and ISO.Strong preference for those with:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsCapability of solving difficult problems that require reputed company and modification of standard approaches, techniques, procedures, and criteria.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering15 or more years of experience10 or more years of experience in interstate pipeline regulatory areas.
