LNG Process Engineer

reputed company is working exclusively with a global energy company to staff an exciting LNG production and export terminal mega-project. We are reputed company a talented Process Engineer professional for a position based in Houston, TX who meets the following criteria.PurposeThe Process Engineer applies advanced process engineering expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The position requires leadership in technical areas, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and commitment to safety and environmental stewardship. Reports To: Engineering ManagerKey Responsibilities / AccountabilitiesSupport the development of operating and maintenance proceduresEnsure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.Design and engineer process systems to meet project and safety requirements.Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement.Provide technical guidance and support to operations teams for process-reputed company issues.reputed company startup and shutdown procedures, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime.Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements reputed company to LNG production.Update and maintain accurate process documentation, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and SOPs.Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.Implement and manage process safety programs, including HAZOP studies and PHAs.Skills & ExperienceProficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.Knowledge of production systems and flow assurance operations.Experience with process safety management and risk assessment practices.Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Acrobat, and collaboration tools like SharePoint.Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and conflict resolution abilities.Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English.Adaptability to tight deadlines, reputed company changes, and response times.Self-starter with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Preferred experience includes:Troubleshooting refinery or LNG processes.Working in multi-disciplinary teams.Demonstrated commitment to reputed company learning and innovationQualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; 8 years preferred in LNG production, refining, or similar plant environments.
