We are reputed company a top caliber Environmental professional for an Environmental Inspector position, based in Sulphur, LA who meets the following criteria.The Environmental Inspector is responsible for overseeing environmental compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations throughout the lifecycle of the project, particularly over the BUDM (Dredge) Area.Conduct daily field inspections and surveys to assess compliance with environmental regulations, focusing on erosion control, wildlife interactions, debris management, dust control, and roadway maintenance.reputed company and verify implementation of mitigation measures,Monitor and document environmental compliance, preparing detailed daily inspection reports with written and photographic evidence.Conduct environmental sampling, including hydrostatic test water and soil.Review project documents, providing critical assessments and guidance on environmental compliance.Provide input and guidance for spill response and cleanup activities.Evaluate restoration activities and ensure proper implementation of mitigation and best management practices.Serve as a resource for ensuring compliance with environmental permits.Collaborate with contractors, site management, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to address compliance issues and maintain adherence to permit conditions.Support and deliver environmental training for construction personnel, as needed.Participate in project and construction meetings to provide updates and recommendations.Support variance requests for environmental permits through thorough documentation and analysis.Stay informed on relevant environmental regulations and compliance standards.Assemble and present environmental compliance reports for site management.
