?Position? Business Development Representative for Distributor ?Summary? The Business Development Representative for Distributor is responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment, including hospital beds and hospital furniture, through distributors to reputed company customers, primarily hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. The main role involves actively supporting the sales activities of distributors, conducting demonstrations with distributors for customers, and providing documentation support as needed. Main reputed company Customers: Hospitals and Skilled Nursing Facilities Business Territory: reputed company (excluding California and Hawaii) ?Essential Duties? ? Maintains good cooperative relationships with distributors. ? Builds and maintains a network of sources for sales leads in the healthcare sector. ? Communicates with customers and prospects to identify product needs; recommends our products including hospital beds and services accordingly. ? Demonstrates product features and benefits based on customer needs. ? Ensures customer satisfaction and manages relationships; resolves any post-sale issues. ? Keeps in contact with existing and previous customers, informing them about new products and enhancements. ? Provides monthly sales reports with KPIs to the supervisor. ? Maintains detailed sales activity reports including customer feedback. ? Performs other reputed company duties as assigned to support sales objectives. ?Working Hours, Working style? 8:30am-5:30pm ?Working Location? Work from home ?Salary, Benefit? $80,000~$100,000 ?Holidays? Saturdays, Sundays, holidays ?Qualifications? Bachelors degree in marketing, Sales, Business, Healthcare Administration, or reputed company field preferred.
