About the position The Specialty Artist - MAC at Ulta Beauty is responsible for maximizing sales of the MAC brand by engaging with guests to understand their needs, assisting them in product selection, and maintaining store standards. This role requires professional makeup artistry skills, exceptional guest service, and the ability to communicate product knowledge effectively. The position supports the Experience Manager by focusing on performance, guest service, and compliance with operating procedures.
