Position Description/ Job Duties • Employees support the operation of Information Technology services through incident resolution and request fulfillment in the Support Center, Audio/Visual, Client Support, Hardware Support, and Network Services. Preferred Availability • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 7 pm.
