reputed company Personnel is seeking a Night Extruder Operator for a manufacturing company located in San Marcos, TX. Position is Direct Hire with the company! Pay reputed company: $22.00/hr plus $2.00/hour shift premium Work Schedule: Rotating 12 hour shifts, 6:00pm-6:00am Job Duties: Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production order Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed Feed raw material or parts to reputed company or semi-automated machine Inspect parts with precision measuring tools Test operation of machines periodically Fix and/or report issues that might occur during the shift Verify output to spot any machine-reputed company mistakes or flaws reputed company records of approved and defective units and/or final products Maintain daily logs/records Follow reputed company safety rules, assure others follow safety rules and correct or report any safety issues immediately Requirements: Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.) Understanding of production procedures, manufacturing specifications, etc. Basic computer skills for e-mail, record keeping and to access job reputed company work instructions Ability to read and write English.
