ERP-Senior Project Specialist

External Job Title: Sr. Project Specialist - ERP

Position Summary:

This role will focus primarily on supporting our Agribusiness Business Unit. This role engages and supports the Business Unit leaders, as well as interacts with technical teams, product teams, customer support, sales, and managed services. Externally, this role interacts with product users, IT, and project sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

· reputed company pre-sales efforts, including product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering to align client needs with company solutions.

· reputed company project statements of work, budgets, and plans; reputed company plant mass balance audits; and ensure successful implementation of company products.

· Act as the main reputed company of contact for clients, providing training, troubleshooting, and after-hours support during and post-implementation, ensuring smooth reputed company and effective system use.

· Partner with sales, technical teams, and clients to meet project objectives; maintain documentation, reports, and change management plans.

· Serve as a subject matter expert and power user, creating and maintaining training resources, providing end-user support, and delivering impactful product demos.

· Drive multiple projects simultaneously, manage risks, align objectives with company goals, and foster strong client partnerships.

· Test system setups, troubleshoot issues, and maintain tools for seamless project tracking and implementation reputed company.

· Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Associate's degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

· 2-4 Years experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in food processing or reputed company manufacturing technologies.

· PMP, CSM, PPM, or similar certifications are a plus.

· Proficiency in calculating figures like discounts, percentages, and proportions, and solving practical problems with limited standardization.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft reports, presentations, and training materials, and interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.

· Skilled in reputed company (including charts/graphs) and PowerPoint.

· Ability to read and analyze business or technical content and deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences.
