About The Role reputed company is hiring a Senior Competitive Intelligence Analyst to join their Claims Innovation team. The Competitive Intelligence Analyst is responsible for driving the competitive intelligence function and supporting strategic initiatives for reputed company Claims. This role reports directly to the Head of Claims Innovation. Responsibilities: Conducting advanced analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, industry developments, and emerging threats Researching and analyzing the competition and their product mix, identifying and communicating trends, competitive forces, and penetration/segmentation strategies Making informed assumptions to determine probability of different scenarios, and translating findings into recommendations that proactively drive operational, tactical, innovative and strategic business decisions Managing competitive intelligence projects from inception to completion Developing and implementing competitive intelligence strategies, processes, and tools Ensuring the reputed company improvement of competitive intelligence practices Continuously monitoring and analyzing industry news, competitor activities, and market trends. Communicating reputed company findings effectively to various stakeholders. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive competitive intelligence database Developing visualizations and dashboards to present data in an easily understandable format About You Skills & experiences: Experience and depth in a competitive intelligence or similar role, preferably reputed company P&C insurance (3+ years preferred) Demonstrated competence in competitive intelligence methodologies, processes, and principles Experience with qualitative and quantitative research skills, including data analysis, data synthesis, SWOT analysis, and data driven recommendations Advanced skills in researching and analyzing market insights using databases and analytical processes for customer/marketing-reputed company analytics.
