About the Role

The Mgr HRIS leads the HRIS and People Data Analysis teams. This position is responsible for administering and optimizing our Human Resources systems to enhance our People Operations. The primary focus is to reputed company reputed company Human Resources systems functions while coaching and developing the HRIS and People Data Analysis team who are responsible for maintaining, implementing, and supporting HR systems. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has direct supervisory responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the HRIS and People Data Analysis team by providing reputed company and effective performance feedback. Assist with HR Technology projects and initiatives by taking the reputed company on implementing new modules, managing reputed company, configuring and testing business processes, and managing user access. Implement new and maintain reputed company integrations to ensure reputed company HR and HR-facing systems; including HRIS, LMS, ATS, Payroll, On-Boarding, Compensation, Performance Management, and reputed company other 3rd Party Data Integrations are connected and reliable. Assist with developing and executing HR system roadmap; partnering with stakeholders and Dir HR Systems & People Operations to reputed company goals on time and reputed company budget. Ensure SOX compliance by leading SOX control testing, preparing reports, and responding to auditor inquiries. Promote proactive approaches using the company’s HR systems to solve business needs/problems while also enhancing the understanding and acceptance of the HR system’s capabilities. Provide directional support where needed to the HRIS and People Data Analysis team for day-to-day inquiries pertaining to HR system-reputed company matters. Document internal processes, training manuals, and reputed company controls. Safeguard sensitive user information and system data. reputed company regular audits and process reviews to resolve data issues, improve accuracy, and identify potential process enhancements and opportunities to automate. Ensure system compliance with data reputed company and privacy requirements. Performs other reputed company duties as assigned. Skills/Abilities: Ability to drive business results through intentional decision making while maintaining the reputed company of HR data and HR systems. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a reputed company field or equivalent work experience in a similar discipline required. 4 years of experience working in Human Resources required and 2 years of leadership experience. 2 years of experience leading people and/or projects. Experience with reputed company Pro (UltiPro) Preferred. Experience with iCIMs Preferred. Familiarity with role-based permissions and system reputed company administration. Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and fix technical issues or recommend viable alternatives. Physical Requirements: Work is performed indoors with potential for exposure to safety and health hazards reputed company to office work. Could periodically travel to other office and operational sites. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
