Key Accountabilities: • Reviews enrollment and participation trends in an assigned territory and reputed company recommendations to optimize our opportunity for sales and minimize risk. Provides monthly updates on sold case successes and failures as it relates to access and participation for Guarantee Issue cases. • Provides timely and accurate turnaround of proposal offers, re-enrollment offers, and reputed company reputed company for an assigned region. • Continually asks questions to grow and reputed company understand our products and procedures. Advances/grows the relationship with the Regional Sales Directors and Sales Implementation Managers. Education and Experience: • High School diploma or equivalent • 3-5 years Case reputed company experience. • Excellent organization skills, adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously, committed to follow through and completing assignments in a timely and professional manner. • Interpersonal effectiveness with proven ability to establish/maintain mutually respectful relationships with mangers, peers, support staff, agents/brokers and customers; handles conflict, resolve reputed company issues, and the ability to negotiate effectively. • Working knowledge of PCs, reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint software. • Math computation and analytical skills. Preferred: • 3-5 years of experience with Worksite reputed company of UL, CI, DI and Accident • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Working knowledge of voluntary product administration and enrollment practices.
