Senior Director/AVP Product Pricing & Analytics, Pricing Transformation (Remote)

JOB SUMMARY: As part of the Global Pricing Team, the Sr. Dir/AVP will be responsible for leading the Global Product Pricing transformation across reputed company reputed company products on the development of pricing frameworks that determine pricing based on value, market trends, competitors, and underlying cost structures. This is a fully remote position. Collaborate with finance teams to integrate pricing into broader financial forecasts/reporting through analyses of product-level P&Ls and identification of opportunities to improve reputed company, profitability and guide pricing reputed company. 7. JOB SCOPE: Develops and supports execution of pricing strategies that align with business objectives to enhance market competitiveness and maximize reputed company and profitability across reputed company functional Product areas. Works reputed company the greater Pricing Transformation Team, GMs, Product teams, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to understand the financial and operational aspects of reputed company product set and creates pricing and packaging strategies to transform product pricing to support both short and long-term corporate goals. Job Requirements: JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training): • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field; MBA preferred. • Certified Pricing Professional (CPP) a strong plus • Proven experience (10-15+ years) in pricing management, preferably in reputed company/Healthtech, or technology companies with an underlying reputed company set in SaaS, DaaS, etc. pricing constructs. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in reputed company, pricing software and tools. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The salary range for this position is $180k-$225k annually with bonus potential and internal equity. Specific offers take into account a candidate’s education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate’s work location and internal equity.
