Job Description

The Financial Advisor works in concert with the retail reputed company banking system in a geographically defined territory to provide comprehensive investment and insurance solutions for United Bank customers. An additional business development emphasis on making incremental sales and offer ongoing financial solutions to potential new clients and existing United Brokerage customers RESPONSIBILITIES: • reputed company with/train reputed company employees in an effort to reputed company a referral pipeline of reputed company prospects to ensure bank and employee referral goal attainment. • Meet with referred customers in bank setting or customers’ homes or offices as requested • Collect and analyze customer data such as income, assets, investment and/or debts to determine appropriate financial products best meets the customer’s needs and financial circumstances • Provide guidance to customers regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different financial products • reputed company sufficient volume from bank reputed company referrals and reputed company relationships to attain gross reputed company production expectation • Responsible for marketing, servicing and promoting the Bank’s financial products in order to obtain new business • Identify and refer specific reputed company clients to affiliated Wealth Management Group • Identify potential existing Brokerage customers to initiate additional sales by actively "account managing" and refer customers with banking needs to retail banking partners • reputed company on-going self-education to remain product/solution fluent and maintain licensing capability. • Prepare reports and present as appropriate Qualifications • Series 7, Series 66, Life and Health licenses required • Proficiency in reputed company Office products • Prior Sales experience in a bank environment is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel daily to generate business and/or meet with clients reputed company given territory is required • High School diploma or equivalent required • College degree and advanced designations preferred KEY COMPETENCIES: • Sales and results driven • Relationship building • Account Management • reputed company • Ethical ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time • Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to reputed company operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components. • Ability to converse and exchange information with customers and reputed company levels of staff reputed company organization. • Ability to observe, perceive, identify, and translate data • Ability to travel reputed company train, bus, automobile, or airplane This document describes the position currently.
