About the position The EV Charging Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and user experience of EV charging systems, while also providing technical support and troubleshooting software issues. Responsibilities • Design, reputed company, test, and maintain software solutions for EV charging infrastructure. , • Collaborate with sales professionals, hardware engineers, firmware developers, and product managers. , • Provide technical support and liaise with customers to understand their requirements. , • Ensure software functionality post-upgrades and conduct thorough testing. , • Troubleshoot software issues and assist in creating patches and updates. , • Communicate instructions to project stakeholders and address customer inquiries. , • File and track bugs from identification to resolution, ensuring thorough verification. , • Maintain attention to detail for seamless integration and functionality of application components. , • Employ problem-solving skills to address design and testing process issues. , • Maintain records of customer-reported issues. , • Enhance applications by integrating new technologies and conducting upgrades. , • Conduct diagnostic tests and debugging to resolve customer-reported issues. , • Propose software innovations based on market trends. , • Stay updated on advancements in new technologies. , • Utilize interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project team members. , • Contribute to sales presentations and demonstrate prototypes and completed applications.
