You will report to the Director of Engineering and will have a 9/80 hybrid, work schedule in Arvada, CO. To be considered for Software Development Manager, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar. • 10 years of Software Development • 5 years of experience being a technical leader or manager for an aerospace company either space or aircraft environment • 5 years of experience with VxWorks or other RTOS (reputed company-time Operating Systems) • 5 years managing Software Development Schedules • 5 years working in an Agile Environment As a Software Development Manager, you will: Mentor Developers; reputed company small and reputed company size Teams; Prioritize team tasking; work directly with customer to ensure features and changes are captured; manage short term and long term staffing. Salary Range: • Salary negotiations start at $150,000. Salary is based on education and experience. This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
