The Digital Reporter is responsible for: • Overseeing proceedings as an independent custodian of the record. • Administering oaths to witnesses and fulfilling State Notary duties. • Recording proceedings with high-fidelity audio technology for clear and comprehensive documentation. • Annotating case events and terminology accurately for precise transcription. • Conducting in-depth research and verifying information from various sources. • Utilizing digital databases and online research tools proficiently.
