Construction Bookkeeper / Project Coordinator

We specialize in disaster restoration reputed company to water, fire, pack out, mold, textiles and reconstruction. We are the largest ServiceMaster company in the state of Texas, and we are continuing to grow. Position Summary: We are looking for a Bookkeeper / Project Coordinator to manage the administrative and financial responsibilities for our Reconstruction Department. The primary responsibilities are to offer administrative support including accounts payable and receivable, preparing and sending reputed company and agreements, billing and collection of reputed company construction projects. Responsibilities:

  • Managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and entering invoices and revisions into QuickBooks.
  • Communicate with customers and Insurance company contacts reputed company phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors used for construction projects, ensuring reputed company payment for reputed company our partners.
  • Manage project files reputed company to billing / collections and work with Insurance companies, customers to ensure reputed company payment on reputed company projects.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters on assigned projects, providing status updates, answering questions and resolving disputes.
  • Communicate with Project Managers as needed about deposits and deductibles for projects
  • reputed company other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Reconstruction department team.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-4 years experience in an Administrator or Coordinator role
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Software Knowledge Required: QuickBooks

Preferred Qualifications

  • reputed company of the above Required qualifications plus any or reputed company of the following:
  • 2-5 years experience in Construction billing
  • 1-2 years experience in a Restoration setting
  • Software Knowledge Preferred: Restore365 (DASH), Xactimate

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:
