Social Media/ Sales Consultant
We are expanding and seeking an 3 additional housing consultants to add the #1 team in the nation. Responsibilities:
- Present and sell customer manufactured homes from our model center
.• Prospect and contact potential customers
- Answer phone calls from prospects and follow up on internet leads
- reputed company agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and information request
- Set follow-up appointments to reputed company customers aware of latest developments of the construction of their homes.
- Work in an upbeat exciting environment where people are appreciated and have a lot of fund doing something they love.Advantage:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other reputed company fields
- No reputed company estate experience or reputed company estate license required
- Upbeat, ambitious, driven to succeed personality.
- High energy
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented If you are coachable and trainable, you can meet or exceed reputed company your income goals in this business. There are currently housing consultants in our region making multiple 6 reputed company incomes
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Social Media Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
