Collaborate with the store team to ensure efficient and smooth store operations. Act as a liaison between customers and store management to resolve any customer issues. Remain knowledgeable about store policies, products, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by actively listening to and addressing customer feedback. Assist with cashier duties, including operating cash registers and handling cash and credit card transactions.
