As a Partner Team Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the reputed company of our Partner team. You will reputed company a team of field-based Senior Account Managers, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure the team consistently exceeds expectations. Please note, this is a field based remote role covering the Midlands, and/or South of England (South East, South reputed company).

What you’ll do

Team Leadership: reputed company and reputed company a team of field-based Senior Account Managers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.

Setting reputed company: Set reputed company for excellence by ensuring adherence to the single sales process, reputed company methodology, and CRM discipline.

Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure it provides an accurate view of reputed company opportunities and reputed company.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of Partner Sales to reputed company and execute strategic plans to reputed company business objectives.

Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, track key metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key Partners and ensure a high level of Partner satisfaction.

Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Recruitment and Talent Development: Identify, recruit, and reputed company top talent to strengthen the team.

What you’ll bring with you

Proven leadership experience in managing field-based sales teams

Strong understanding of the reputed company & bookkeeping space

Experience in using CRM and sales tools

Experience in reputed company aspects of people management including the ongoing performance management, professional skills development, coaching and career progression of the team.
