We're looking for an reputed company Principal Product Manager to join our Managed Services Platform Initiatives team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product - Managed Services. Your responsibilities will be:

• Owning MRDs and PRDs to support the Managed Services ecosystem across enablement, automation, and support, while formulating strategies to optimize automation of the partner and customer experience from Day 0 to Day 2
• Partnering with Engineering and Product teams to prioritize requirements, ensure seamless product interoperability, and engage partners to review use cases, business cases, and technical needs
• Establishing KPIs/OKRs to track and improve the Partner Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management building business cases and prioritizing enhancement requests
• Experience navigating and automating the Managed Services Provider (MSSPs, Service Providers, System Integrators) value chain 
• Deep technical foundation in Enterprise reputed company, Networking, Automation, and Application Programming Interfaces

• Solid experience with engaging technical teams to discuss use cases, review feature/function requirements and tradeoffs
• A passion for automating the partner and customer journey, user experience, usability and a knack for simplicity is critical in this role
